Abstract
This presentation aims to address three issues in bilingual education, i.e., teacher qualifications, curriculum guidelines, and learning materials. The panelist will present empirical studies conducted by a group of local scholars, who explored the issues critically. Cautions will be raised and recommendations will be provided.
雙語政策推動初期有很多不明確之處,包括雙語教學所需的教師該具備什麼條件?雙語課程綱要是否已有規劃?雙語教材如何在語言及學科知識間取得平衡?這些議題在處於雙語教育初期的當前都尚未有具體的解答。為探討雙語教育的這些議題,與談人將分享由一群學者針對雙語教學的教學現場所進行的實證研究,從教師、課程、到教材逐一分析問題所在,並提出建言。
