Publication

If you would like your paper to be considered for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings, please submit one copy of your full paper in WORD and another in PDF files via email attachment to etaroc2002@gmail.com before September 1, 2025. Please adhere closely to the Guidelines for full paper submission and Sample paper to format your paper. All papers will be reviewed anonymously by a screening committee.

NOTE: Awards will be given to the Best Paper selected from submitted full papers.
