Publication

This year, a Selected Papers collection will be published, along with those papers by the featured speakers. If you would like your paper to be considered for inclusion, please submit your full paper as a Microsoft WORD file, along with the signed release form (see the enclosed guidelines for paper format), to etaroc2002@gmail.com before September 1, 2025. All papers will be reviewed anonymously by a screening committee. Please refer to the Guidelines for full paper submission and Sample paper for more details. As turnover time will be fairly short, we won’t be able to edit your papers; please follow the paper format closely and proofread it very carefully.

NOTE: Awards will be given to the Best Paper selected from submitted full papers.
